It's all about competences! During the PhD and postdoc stage, you acquire a lot of academic and transversal skills, but they are sometimes difficult to grasp. Whether you are aiming for a research career, a career outside academia or self-employment/entrepreneurship, competence frameworks can help you to assess and develop your potential.
In our two and a half hour workshop, you will gain insights into two different competence tools: ResearchComp for research skills and their transfer across professional fields and EntreComp for those interested in how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and make the most out of your research results. Practical exercises will enable you to familiarize yourself with competence frameworks and to learn how they can help you to foster your career development.
